The Fair Work Commission has issued a formal declaration stating that the National Minimum Wage shall be raised to a total of $882.80 per week, equivalent to an hourly rate of $23.23. This adjustment signifies a noteworthy increment of 5.75% in relation to the minimum award wages.
Effective from the initial full pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2023, the revised National Minimum Wage will come into effect. As a result, if your weekly pay cycle commences on Monday, the updated rates will be applicable as of Monday, 3 July 2023.
